Terms of payment

Prepayment
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic email from us with all the necessary information. If the goods are in stock, your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment in our account.

Invoice (Switzerland only)
After completing your order, the goods will be dispatched immediately, provided they are in stock. You will therefore receive the goods before you have paid. You then have 20 days to settle the invoice.

PayPal and credit card
We offer you the possibility to pay easily and conveniently via PayPal and credit card. Payment via PayPal is fast, free and absolutely secure for you as a customer.

Shipping information

Shipping by Swiss Post or DPD
Orders over an order value of CHF 300 are delivered free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If the order value is less than CHF 300, the shipping costs are calculated as follows:
With DPD or Planzer (tabular shipping costs) the shipping costs per parcel are CHF 10.90.
With Swiss Post, the shipping costs per parcel are CHF 11.90.
With Swiss Post, the shipping costs A Mail per parcel are CHF 12.90.

All orders received by 2.00 pm will be dispatched on the same day, provided the goods are in stock.

Minimum quantity surcharge
For orders below a net order value of CHF 90, a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 6.90 will be charged.

Shipping by forwarding agent
Large deliveries (pallets) as well as treatment tables, medical equipment and the like are delivered by a forwarding agent or with the AcuMax delivery service and are charged individually according to cost and delivery address.
