Payment terms

Payment in advance
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automatic email from us containing all the necessary information. Provided the goods are in stock, your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has been credited to our account.

Invoice (Switzerland only)
Once your order has been completed, the goods will be dispatched immediately, provided they are in stock. This means you will receive the goods before you have paid. You then have 20 days to settle the invoice.

PayPal and credit card
We offer you the option to pay easily and conveniently via PayPal and credit card. Paying via PayPal is quick, free of charge and completely secure for you as a customer.

Delivery information

Delivery via Swiss Post or DPD
Orders with a value of CHF 400 or more qualify for free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders with a value of less than CHF 400, shipping fees are calculated as follows:
With DPD, the shipping fee per parcel is CHF 11.--. 
With Swiss Post, the A-Post shipping rate per parcel is CHF 14.--

All orders received by 2.00 pm will be fulfilled on the same day, provided the products are in stock.

Minimum quantity surcharge
For orders with a net order value of less than CHF 90, a minimum order surcharge of CHF 6.90 will be applied.

Delivery by courier
Large deliveries (pallets) as well as treatment tables, medical equipment and similar items are delivered by a haulage contractor or via the AcuMax delivery service and are charged individually based on the effort involved and the delivery address.
