Swiss Medtech - Association of Swiss Medical Technology

From 2023, AcuMax Med AG will be a member of Swiss Medtech, the Swiss Medical Technology Association.

Medical technology is the basis for first-class medical care. Medical devices are needed in Spithospitals, doctors' surgeries, in nursing care and in the private sphere. From medical devices such as a heart-lung machine to wound dressings, they are all important for fast and accurate diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of illnesses as well as care in the event of accidents.

Swiss Medtech represents and promotes the interests of the Swiss medical technology industry, is committed to optimising framework conditions and is the first point of contact for all matters relating to the Swiss medical technology industry. Swiss Medtech works closely with its members and promotes networking within the industry and with relevant players.
The association represents the interests of medical technology in politics, administration, the media and the public. It promotes networking within the medical technology sector and provides advice and support when it comes to regulatory challenges. The association keeps its members up to date on developments relevant to the industry and informs the public about the importance of the sector.
Swiss Medtech also offers co-operation with training partners for specialist further training.

AcuMax Med AG is registered as a member of the Swiss Medtech Association as a distributor of general disposables, rehabilitation, prosthetics, orthotics, daily living aids and hospital and healthcare equipment.
Membership enables us to network even better in the medical technology sector, to keep abreast of the latest developments and thus to be an even better and more competent provider for our customers and to continue to develop.
