Until now, our bands "only" allowed you to do exercises with the band alone and/or with a partner. With the introduction of the multi-anchor, we now offer a much greater variety of exercises.
By attaching the band to a (suitable) door, the basic movement patterns of pulling, pushing, rotation and anti-rotation can now be performed better and alone.
Handling is very easy thanks to the carabiner mechanism. The flexibility of the smart design, which allows quick adaptation of the fixed point on the door frame (top, bottom, centre), supports multi-vector and therefore everyday training (strength development in all directions).
Ultimately, it also adds another useful category to our existing portfolio for comprehensive functional band training. FLEXVIT Multi-Anchor expands the training variety with the FLEXVIT bands (Multi, Revolve, Resist) to include tension, compression and assisted exercises.
