Bahr-Detector
Bahr-Detector
Product information "Bahr-Detector"
Bahr-Detector combination of 3-volt & black & white hammers for RAC testing. Plastic housing with 3-volt lithium battery. 1 piece
EasyO 6 from Sedatelec.
The Bahr-Detector (hybrid detector) is a combination of the 3-volt hammer and the black-and-white hammer.
If the positive (BLACK) pole of the hammer is held close to the point which itself has a negative charge, an induced charge is created. The same applies to the negative (WHITE) pole in the vicinity of a positively charged point. This can be determined via the RAC (reflex auriculo-cardiale). Those points that trigger an RAC when the positive pole of the hammer approaches must be needled in gold, points where the negative pole triggers an RAC must be needled in silver.
The black and white hammer is used to determine the needle metal with which the point found is to be treated. In the case of biotic points, a positive RAC means toning on the black side and sedation on the white side. Antibiotic points react the other way round.
If the performance of the lithium battery decreases over time, the Bahr Detector can be used as a normal black and white hammer.
At Dr Bahr's request, the Bahr-Detector has a voltage of approx. 2.7 volts.
