TDP lamp with single head and digital display
Long-wave infrared mineral lamp - also called 'China lamp' or 'TDP lamp' - with large radiation head (Ø 16.6 cm). Irradiation plate generates the ideal spectrum for long-wave therapy. Height-adjustable and wide swivelling range. A digital display shows the current therapy duration and the total operating time. The ceramic or mineral plate must be replaced after approx. 1,000 hours (item IT-05). Stable on five feet. Castors are suitable for carpets and parquet.

How it works: The infrared spectrum of 2 to 25 micrometres is particularly well absorbed by the human body. A ceramic plate coated with over 30 minerals generates exactly this range of electromagnetic waves at approx. 280 degrees Celsius.
Background: TDP is an acronym and stands for 'Teding Diancibo Pu' in Chinese, which translates as 'special electromagnetic spectrum'.
