Terms of payment

Prepayment
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic email from us with all the necessary information. If the goods are in stock, your order will be dispatched immediately after payment has been credited to our account.

Invoice (Switzerland only)
After completing your order, the goods, if in stock, will be dispatched immediately. You will therefore receive the goods before you have paid. You then have 20 days to settle the invoice.

PayPal and credit card
We offer you the option of paying quickly and easily by PayPal and credit card. Payment via PayPal is fast, free of charge and absolutely secure for you as a customer.

Shipping information

Shipping by Swiss Post or DPD
Orders with an order value of CHF 300 or more are delivered free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders with an order value of less than CHF 300, shipping costs are calculated as follows:
With DPD, shipping costs per parcel are CHF 10.90. 
With Swiss Post, shipping costs per parcel are CHF 11.90.
With Swiss Post, A-Post shipping costs per parcel are CHF 12.90

All orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day, provided the goods are in stock.

Minimum quantity surcharge
For orders below a net order value of CHF 90.--, a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 6.90 will be charged.

Shipping by forwarding agent
Large deliveries (pallets) as well as treatment couches, medical devices and similar items are delivered by forwarding agent or with the AcuMax delivery service and will be charged individually according to effort and delivery address.
