The ISO 9001:2015 standard is the world’s best-known standard for quality management systems, applicable to all sectors and company sizes. Through its catalogue of requirements, it enables you to increasingly align your company’s processes and workflows with quality and customer satisfaction. Incidentally: the number ‘2015’ refers to the year of the last revision. ISO standards are regularly reviewed and updated.

eduQua is the only Swiss quality label tailored exclusively to providers of continuing education. It sets and monitors minimum criteria for the quality of continuing education providers. An eduQua-certified continuing education institution is characterised by accredited courses and seminars, a high level of practical relevance in its programmes, recognition of titles and qualifications, transparency and commitment to programme content, and concrete evidence of quality. Across Switzerland, over 1,000 schools, institutes and academies are eduQua-certified. The SQS eduQua certificate is recognised nationally.
