Minimum order surcharge
For orders with a net order value of less than CHF 100.–, we charge a minimum order surcharge of CHF 7.50.
Courier deliveries
For freight deliveries, such as treatment tables, larger equipment or goods on pallets, delivery charges are calculated individually based on the cost involved. We will inform you in advance.
