What is an exercise ball good for?

The exercise ball stands out for its enormous versatility. It can be used for both static and dynamic exercises.

The term ‘Anti-Burst’ is used to certify that these balls are particularly durable and stable. Arguably the most important factor when buying is the size of the exercise ball. Which exercise ball is right for which height?

If you’re looking for an exercise ball for a child up to 140 CM tall, you should choose the smallest models with a diameter of 42 CM. A 53 cm diameter is suitable for heights up to 155 cm, and a 65 cm diameter may be sufficient for heights up to 175 cm. If you’re taller than 175 CM, you can select the largest diameter of 75 CM in the online shop. If you’re buying a gym ball to sit on, you can measure your leg down to the knee. This length plus 10 CM gives you the optimal diameter. Here’s a summary of all the key measurements at a glance:
