Buy the ideal shower aid

Finally, a shower again! Shower aids make many things much easier when mobility is limited. From a simple shower stool to a toilet shower chair, we offer a wide range to suit all needs.

Space-saving shower stool

Simple shower stool
These shower aids are universally applicable. They fit into almost any shower cubicle. Thanks to the height-adjustable legs, the shower stool can be easily adjusted to the desired height. The feet, which are set slightly outwards at the sides, ensure a stable stance, whilst the rubber feet prevent the stool from slipping in a wet shower. The standard version is approved for a body weight of 130 kg and features a sufficiently comfortable seat. Those who prefer a more comfortable seat can opt for the Delphi 2 Plus model, which features a larger seat with two hygiene cut-outs and can support up to 180 kg.

Shower stool with swivel seat.
These shower aids make it possible to turn round whilst in the shower. They are ideal for use by a carer. There is no need for the user to stand up unnecessarily or slide around, as it is no problem at all to turn their back to the carer. The telescopic legs and rubber feet ensure safe working at the optimum height for the carer.

Three-legged shower stool
These shower aids fit very well in the corner of the shower. Thanks to its triangular design, the stool remains stable and non-slip. The triangular shape of the seat eliminates the need for a hygiene cut-out, whilst a drainage hole ensures that water drains away quickly. A very good option for particularly small bathrooms and showers.

Shower stool with armrests
Lateral support and the ability to brace oneself with the arms when standing up make this shower aid a very safe seat. Thanks to the width of the seat and the widely spaced telescopic legs, this chair is particularly stable. A hygiene cut-out and drainage holes ensure water drains away quickly and make personal hygiene easier. Weighing just 2.8 kg, these shower aids are nevertheless very easy to handle.

Folding shower seat
This fixed seat is particularly well suited to confined spaces. On the other hand, it is simply more practical to be able to fold the seat up after showering. This requires that the wall intended for mounting is strong enough to support the weight and that there are no water pipes concealed behind it which could be hit when drilling for the screw anchors. The seat is stable thanks to the height-adjustable telescopic legs and can support a load of 130 kg. The generous seat surface ensures comfortable seating, whilst water can drain away easily through the drainage holes and the hygiene cut-out.

Shower chairs

Shower chairs without armrests
Unlike shower stools, a shower chair offers comfortable seating with a backrest. On some of these shower aids, the backrest can be removed, turning the chair into a stool. As these models are easy to assemble and dismantle, they can be taken along when travelling. Without the backrest, the DH 135 shower chair weighs just 2 kg; with the backrest, it weighs 3 kg.

Sturdy shower chair with cross-bracing
The DS 250 offers enhanced stability and resistance to twisting. Thanks to its design, it is rated for a body weight of up to 250 kg and can be purchased with or without armrests. The spacious, flat seat features drainage holes to allow water to drain away quickly. These shower aids are ideal for heavier users.

Shower chair with a contoured seat and carrying handles
If the user has a sensitive coccyx or is at risk of pressure sores in this area, we recommend purchasing the Duro KD chair. The side carrying handles make the model easy to transport, providing a practical aid for carers in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The backrest can be removed if required.

Shower chair with armrests
The armrests are designed to assist the user in standing up unaided and to provide greater lateral support. The DSF 130 model features a practical folding mechanism for space-saving storage. The seat surfaces of these shower aids feature a hygiene cut-out.

Shower commode wheelchairs

Aston 5"
This model combines a commode chair and a shower aid in one. Thanks to the soft seat and the tight-fitting cover over the bucket, the chair is suitable for extended use throughout the day. The small wheels under the legs allow for easy indoor transport from the bathroom to the living area. The footrests are swivelling and removable.

Aston 24" and Duo Motion 24"
These wheelchairs fulfil three functions: toilet chair, shower aid and everyday indoor wheelchair. The drive wheels can be removed for transport using the plug-in axles. The footrests, which are swivelling and removable, can also be removed. The seat is softly padded and features a toilet cut-out with a form-fitting cover that is fully integrated into the seat. The bucket underneath can be pulled out towards the rear. Users of these toilet and shower chairs can propel themselves actively, as the wheels are fitted with grip tyres. The Aston 24 is suitable for people weighing up to 160 kg.

Sturdy DuoMotion XL 24" commode wheelchair
This very comfortable toilet and shower chair can support a body weight of 200 kg thanks to the additional cross-brace and has an internal seat width of 87 cm. The seat is height-adjustable. The push rims allow the user to manoeuvre it independently. The soft and comfortable backrest cover is removable and machine-washable. The footrests are swivelling and removable. Thanks to the small front wheels, this commode wheelchair is manoeuvrable and easy to move despite its size.
