Blackroll 45 Med
The Blackroll Med is the ideal regeneration tool for self-massage and for loosening the myofascia (connective tissue covering of muscles and muscle groups). With little effort and simple exercises, you can significantly improve the flexibility and performance of your muscles with the help of Blackroll. Regular and targeted training regenerates the muscles and ensures a lasting release of tension and improved muscle performance.
The Blackroll Med is now also available in a 45 cm length.
This was in response to many requests from therapists who wanted to offer their patients more support surface, as well as from Pilates trainers. The degree of firmness and stability as well as the wide range of applications from sport to therapy remain unchanged.
