Blackroll Block, mini and ball
The Blackroll block set consists of a Blackroll block, a Blackroll small ball and a Blackroll mini.
The Blackroll block is a multi-purpose tool with an open base in which you can conveniently store a Blackroll Mini or Blackroll Ball DUO 8 cm and a Blackroll Ball 8 cm. Simply place your Blackroll Mini, your Blackroll Ball DUO or your Blackroll Ball on the block and you have an effective training or therapy surface that increases the intensity of your massage. The Blackroll block makes it possible to penetrate deeper into the tissue at specific points and reach muscle groups that are difficult to access.
- As a self-myofascial release tool: to penetrate deeper into the tissue with the Blackroll Ball, Blackroll Ball DUO or the Blackroll Mini (calves/ Achilles tendon) and target muscle groups that are difficult to access
- Functional training tool
- As a yoga block: as an extension, to support balance in poses or during meditation to relieve pressure on the back
