The Blackroll set consists of two Blackroll, one Blackroll Mini, one Blackrollball small and one Blackrollball large.
The Blackroll and the Blackroll Mini are the ideal regeneration tool for self-massage and for loosening the myofascia (connective tissue covering of muscles and muscle groups). You can also use the Blackroll Mini to combine the two large Blackrolls into one long version.
The Blackroll balls are very well suited for targeted, punctual massage.
