Bindone Milanese salami, made according to the original recipe from Casa Citterio. The salami is matured slowly and naturally for between 50 and 90 days (depending on size). It has a ruby-red colour, a well-defined marbling of fat and a delicate flavour. Citterio’s Bindone salami is only available during the Christmas season. In natural casing.
