This double life-size model shows all the important structures of the human heart in detail. The front half of the heart is removable and shows the atria, ventricles, aortic, mitral, pulmonary and tricuspid valves. The heart muscles in section and the coronary vessels can be seen very clearly on this model. The heart muscle, fatty tissue, arteries and veins are painted in detail by hand and the structures are described on the attachable learning card (German/English). The model is made of unbreakable plastic and is removably mounted on a base. The model also shows bypasses to the coronary artery dextra, the anterior interventricular ramus and the circumflex ramus of the coronary artery sinistra.
