Moves Shoulder Rope Pulley - Value Pack

A person is training their shoulders from behind on a cable machine attached to a white door. A green cable runs over the top pulley as they pull the handles downwards to improve mobility and as a preventative measure.
A dark grey, ergonomic plastic handle for a shoulder cable pulley, featuring a bright green, braided cable running vertically through it. The handle is positioned horizontally in the centre against a white background to illustrate shoulder mobility.
A black nylon door anchor is attached to the top edge of a white door. A white pulley is suspended from it, through which a light green cable runs. This cable pull system improves shoulder mobility.
Close-up: white pulley on a black strap. A bright green cable runs through it, extending symmetrically downwards on both sides. Part of the shoulder cable pulley system for mobilisation.
A dark, oval-shaped plastic component of a Moves Shoulder Rope Pulley: a light green braided rope is threaded through it, emerging at the top and exiting again at the side. This simple mechanism is used to adjust the length for shoulder training.
