Guided shoulder press with optimal upper body stabilisation
DHZ EVOST III shoulder press uses a sloped back padding and an adjustable seat to optimally stabilise the upper body and allow users of different body sizes a correct training position. The movement simulates natural shoulder biomechanics. Multiple comfortable grip positions increase both comfort and training variety.
