Hildegard von Bingen Nettle Skin Oil is made from nettle juice and high-quality olive oil in a 1:2 ratio according to the original Hildegard von Bingen recipe. Nettle skin oil is suitable for relaxing massages with circulation-promoting properties in the chest and temple area. The skin oil is produced without artificial preservatives and without alcohol and should be stored in a dry place away from light and heat.
ApplicationRub 5 - 10 drops of oil into the sternum and then into the temples before going to bed.
