Spice mixture according to Hildegard von Bingen for the preparation of the bear's root pear honey cure
The bear's root and pear honey mixed powder is perfect for making the bear's root and pear honey cure, which is used for gentle cleansing and purification according to the teachings of Hildegard von Bingen. The mixture is also known as bear's root cure, bear's root mixture, bear's root spice mixture, bear's root pear honey, pear honey cure, pear honey or autumn cure. It is typically used in autumn directly with freshly harvested pears, but can also be used all year round.

Ingredients:
- Bear's bane (35 %)
- galangal root
- liquorice root
- Pepper herb
Application: 1 kg of pears are required for the treatment. Cut and boil until soft, strain. In addition, warm up 175 g of honey and skim off and add 70 g of bear's root pear honey mixing powder and mix everything well. Then store the mixture in the fridge and take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach, 2 teaspoons at lunchtime and 3 teaspoons in the evening.
