The BIOGENA Omega 3 vegan DHA & EPA 450 capsules contain high doses of EPA and DHA extracted from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. The microalgae does not need light and feeds on organic material. It produces a large amount of the long-chain, unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) on its own.

Recommended intake: Take 3 capsules daily with a meal and plenty of liquid.
