The formula contains physiological amounts of the essential minerals potassium and magnesium, which work closely together in the body. Potassium supports the absorption of magnesium into the cells, while a lack of magnesium can also reduce the potassium concentration. Together they contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function and make an important contribution to the regulation of blood pressure.
