Dosage:
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Recommended daily dose depending on body weight:
17 kg 2 pieces per day; contains 500 mg omega-3 fatty acids
26 kg 3 pieces per day; contains 750 mg omega-3 fatty acids
35 kg 4 pieces per day; contains 1000 mg omega-3 fatty acids.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. We recommend that children under 3 years of age take our liquid omega-3 products. As a complementary food oil or via breast milk (supplementation via the mother). All our omega-3 oils can be taken by children of all ages without any problems. Just make sure you adjust the dosage accordingly.
