Duo preparation with vitamin D3 and K2 – combined with linseed oil to improve absorption

Our bones are living, constantly renewing tissue. They are subject to continuous build-up and breakdown, during which important micronutrients such as calcium and phosphorus are incorporated into the bones and released again. Biogena Vitamin D3 & K2 combines 1,000 I.U. vitamin D3 per capsule with vitamin K2 in the highly bioavailable form MK-7 (K2VITAL®). The formula is supplemented with high-quality linseed oil, which is rich in α-linolenic acid (omega-3) and supports the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.
