The TOGU Faszio Ball local – made in Germany – supports effective stimulation of the fascia and can help to release fascial adhesions and tension as well as stimulate the metabolism. The specially developed material mixture is firm in itself, but flexible as a whole, so that the ball adapts locally to the shape of the fascia as well as exerting appropriate pressure on the fascia structure.

The user-friendly, vascular-friendly and versatile handling makes it suitable for use at home and in groups, e.g. in health, back, senior or general fitness classes.

With its size, surface texture and degree of hardness, it is perfect for rolling out the individual fascial structures of the soles of the feet. It is ideal for treating trigger points and is used specifically on trigger bands in the fascial network.
