The TOGU Faszio Ring is the dynamic member of the FASZIO® product family for playful, fascia-orientated training. Thanks to its good feel and easy mouldability, the weight ring lies comfortably in the hand, has a pleasantly flexible effect and motivates with a high level of encouragement for active movement - in the club, in the studio or at home.

The granulate filling creates centripetal forces and noticeable rebound effects. This optimises reactive strength, promotes overall structural mobility and creates new training stimuli for an active fascia network. Also ideal for integration into the FASZIO® movement concept - tensegral training with a fun factor included.

A special plus: despite being filled with weight, the yielding material is gentle and helps to prevent injuries and damage to the ring, foot or floor - perfect for large-scale, swinging movements such as throwing and catching.
