HOW IT WORKS

1. adjust the resistance: Turn the mouthpiece to select the right resistance. This strengthens your lungs when you inhale and trains your breathing muscles.
2. use the control tone: A pleasant tone shows you whether you are inhaling correctly. If the tone remains constant, you are using the optimum intensity and effectively stimulating your breathing.
