Didactic skull model, 3 parts
Didactic skull model, 3 parts
During the development of this lifelike reproduction of a human skull, a real human skull was digitised using the latest technology and then idealised from the point of view of medical training. This means that the skull has been perfectly adapted to the anatomical ideal, all anatomical details and structures are present and correspond to the textbook. The 3-part model consists of a skull base, skullcap and lower jaw. The teeth correspond to a real set of teeth in terms of tooth position and interdental spaces. The lower jaw is movably mounted and removable. The skullcap is aligned with the base of the skull using unbreakable metal pins and is held in place by strong magnets, so that there is no need for interfering hooks, no pins can break off and there is no gap between the base of the skull and the skullcap. This distinguishes the model significantly from competitor models with plastic pins or disruptive metal hooks. The size and proportions of the skull correspond to those of an average European adult. We are able to offer this very successful model at an extremely favourable price thanks to state-of-the-art production technology and a large production run, so that everyone can afford this skull model of the highest quality.
