The Model One Therapy treatment couch, with its 3-section lying surface, offers the highest level of functionality and quality, perfectly complemented by a harmonious design. The therapy couch features a restraint strap rail on both sides. Thanks to the drainage position adjustment, the treatment table can be adjusted to the roof position. The foot section is also infinitely adjustable via a gas spring mechanism up to a sitting position. The high-quality components and the sturdy frame construction of the therapy table ensure maximum stability and load-bearing capacity. The high-quality upholstery fabric and all-round edge padding offer the utmost comfort. The generous legroom ensures a practical and comfortable working environment for the therapist. Height adjustment
The standard specification includes electric height adjustment. It is fitted with a high-quality Hanning turbo motor with a double-tip safety system, manufactured in Germany. The treatment couch can be adjusted in height from approx. 53 to 103 cm.
Safety system
All therapy tables from Stolzenberg are equipped with a safety system in accordance with BfArM’s integrated safety requirements, which prevents accidental activation of the electric height adjustment. The motors are fitted with an automatic safety feature that ensures the table is automatically switched to a safe state. The motor switches off within 3 seconds after the height adjustment has been completed. This standby mode prevents any unintended adjustment.
The motor is also fitted with a freewheel clutch, which cuts off power when the table encounters an obstacle whilst lowering. This significantly reduces the risk of injury in the event of the patient becoming trapped.
Frame
The frame is a sturdy tubular steel construction with a durable, scratch-resistant powder coating.
Upholstery
The treatment couch is fitted with a high-quality cover fabric and all-round edge padding made from high-quality original SKAI, which ensures optimum patient comfort and is ideally suited for medical use.
Treatment surface
The treatment surface is a standard 3-section design, measuring 200 CM in length and 65 CM in width. The treatment table can be raised to the fully extended position using a gas spring, and the foot section can be adjusted up to a sitting position.
3-section headrest with synchronous adjustment
Infinitely adjustable armrests that can be adjusted synchronously via gas springs. This ensures optimal positioning of the arms in the prone position, thereby relaxing the shoulder and neck muscles. The synchronous adjustment makes it easier for the therapist to adjust the armrests.
Headrest with dual adjustment
The headrest can be adjusted in the opposite direction, i.e. it can be tilted. Furthermore, you can adjust the height of the headrest horizontally using the dual adjustment mechanism. This allows you to treat patients in a seated position or to position their legs and arms. Additionally, you can position patients on their side. The dual-adjustment headrest is only available with a 3-part headrest.
Wellness headrest including cushion
Headrest with a large face opening for pressure-free, soft facial support. The wellness headrest includes a soft foam cushion (crescent-shaped).
Height adjustment:
- with all-round rail – this allows the treatment couch to be adjusted in height from all sides

Transport and delivery options for the therapy couch
Collection from Bad Zurzach (free of charge):
Treatment tables can be collected from AcuMax Med AG, Neubergstrasse 3, 5330 Bad Zurzach, subject to prior arrangement. We will load the treatment table onto your vehicle free of charge.
Delivery by courier to the kerbside:
Treatment tables can be delivered to the kerbside by a haulage company. The special delivery service by a haulage company costs CHF 200.— per table throughout Switzerland. Please note: The table will not be carried into the practice room, but will be delivered to the kerbside.
Personal delivery including installation:
Personal delivery including placement in the treatment room by specialist staff is charged on a case-by-case basis depending on the effort involved and the delivery address. With this service, the treatment table is installed in the treatment room, ready for use, and you will receive a brief demonstration of how it works. The packaging material is taken away.
Disposal of your old treatment couch:
We can collect and dispose of your old treatment couch. The cost for labour and the disposal fee is a flat rate of CHF 150.—
