The heavy sandbag should be suspended from a solid ceiling, such as concrete, wooden beams or steel. The multi-hook Artzt Vitality, for example, is suitable for correct anchoring and can hold up to 300 kg when properly installed. There should be enough space around the punching bag so that it has room to swing during training without damaging other objects. The punching bag should be mounted so that the lower edge is approximately at thigh height. Depending on your height, the punching bag should be 60 - 80 cm from the ground. As the punching bag has a length of 175 cm including the supplied chain, the ceiling height should be approx. 2.30 - 2.50 metres.

Scuffed areas and stains make each piece unique.
