Fascia balls help with tension and regeneration after sport. The double fascia ball is made of German beech wood, which is processed in a manufactory and surface-treated by hand. The duo ball is ideal for treating parallel muscle strands on the back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs.
The recess in the centre of the massage roller is used to relieve pressure on the spine during fascia exercises for the back. The side straps made of skin-friendly silicone provide the right hold to prevent slipping and secure the position of the fascia roll.

The heavy sandbag should be suspended from a solid ceiling, such as concrete, wooden beams or steel. The multi-hook Artzt Vitality, for example, is suitable for correct anchoring and can hold up to 300 kg when properly installed. There should be enough space around the punching bag so that it has room to swing during training without damaging other objects. The punching bag should be mounted so that the lower edge is approximately at thigh height. Depending on your height, the punching bag should be 60 - 80 cm from the ground. As the punching bag has a length of 175 cm including the supplied chain, the ceiling height should be approx. 2.30 - 2.50 metres.

But instead of throwing yourself on the couch in the evening, fascia training can help. This is because pain and stiffness in muscles and joints are often caused by clogged fasciae.
