Application for a full bath: Use approx. 5 lids. The bath temperature should ideally be 36 - 38 °C and the bath should last at least 30 minutes.

Application for a foot bath: Use approx. 1 lid. The bath temperature should ideally be 38 - 41 °C and the bath should last at least 30 minutes.

Application for a hand bath: Use approx. half a lid.
