The Spitzner Balneo valerian oil bath is a nourishing bath oil with essential oil. The essential oil used is obtained by steam distillation from the rhizome of valerian. Juniper has a particularly beneficial effect on inner restlessness, sleep disorders and nervous mood swings. A bath with Spitzner Balneo valerian oil bath soothes the senses and promotes healthy sleep.
