Hand trainer for building strength in fingers, hands and forearms

The Moves Digi-Flex® hand trainer is used to train fingers, hands and forearms. The individually spring-loaded buttons allow each finger to be trained separately. The Moves Digi-Flex® hand trainer was developed to train finger strength, flexibility and coordination, especially in rehabilitation after a hand injury. The shape of the hand trainer is ergonomic and therefore offers a high level of comfort and stability.
The Moves Digi-Flex® hand trainer is available in five different resistance levels and as a set. The gradual increase in resistance helps to measure exact progress.
