Targeted activation of the gluteal muscles in a stable standing position
DHZ EVOST III Glute Isolator is based on a stable standing position and is used for targeted training of the gluteal and leg muscles. Fixed floor supports instead of counterweight plates increase stability and ensure sufficient freedom of movement, enabling powerful hip extension.
