DHZ EVOST III Long Train can be used both as a stand-alone rowing machine and as part of a modular station system. The raised seat makes it easier to get on and off, while separate footplates allow individual adjustment without impairing the movement sequence. The rowing position enables an upright back posture, and the handles can be easily interchanged to support different training variations.
