Standing abductor with multilink system for maximum activation of the gluteal muscles
Plate Loaded Standing Abductor was developed to maximise the activation of the gluteal muscles. Compared to seated abductor training, the standing position allows for a significantly more effective and more comprehensive utilisation of the gluteal muscles.
The training height can be individually adjusted to the user's needs. Extended handles support balance during the exercise and provide additional stability. The standing abductor is ideal for professional strength training with a focus on functional leg and gluteal training.
