The LAUFMAUS® is an ergonomically shaped and ultra-light grip element for the hands.

It improves posture during walking and running and thus increases running economy and efficiency.

Use a ruler or tape measure to measure the distance from the end of your index finger to the end of the centre of your palm.
≤ 16 cm - SMALL
> 16 cm - LARGE

THE TOOL
The LAUFMAUS® is an ergonomically shaped, ultra-light and computer-designed grip element made of special plastic that runners hold in both hands.

THE INNOVATION
The LAUFMAUS® optimises the posture of runners so that they can run more efficiently, more relaxed and therefore healthier.

THE EFFECT
Thanks to the special design of the LAUFMAUS®, the positioning reflexes required to trigger a stretched body position are initiated in the brain by tiny stimuli and signals in the palms of the hands. Only the LAUFMAUS® brings the hands into a very special holding position: the thumb points forwards and upwards, the index finger is stretched and the outside of the hand is turned slightly outwards. This straightens and stabilises the upper body. Body tension, body control and body control improve visibly and noticeably. Physiologically and psychologically, much more happens ...

VISIBLE CHANGES
Your hands experience a slight external rotation and bring the ulna and radius into a parallel position. Your shoulders move backwards and downwards. Your entire upper body straightens up. Your chest opens up, your neck stretches and your neck stretches noticeably. Your head points in the direction of travel and assumes a neutral position. Your gaze is directed forwards

NOTICEABLE CHANGES
Your neck muscles relax. Your extremities are better supplied with blood. Your thorax is given more space and your breathing becomes deeper. Your hand-shoulder-arm complex relaxes. Your organs work more effectively and your fasciae and muscles are better controlled and balanced. Your anatomical constrictions open up. Your psyche reacts with motivation and joy and you reach your flow state more quickly. Your stress resilience, alertness and mindfulness increase.

ERGONOMICALLY SHAPED
The LAUFMAUS® is available in two sizes. This ensures that the impulses set by the LAUFMAUS® address the correct zones.

ULTRALIGHT <70g
The LAUFMAUS® is so light that it almost carries itself. So you can rely on the principle of "maximum support and minimum strain" even on long runs. BREATHABLE SURFACE The special structure of the surface guarantees optimum micro-air circulation between your hand and the LAUFMAUS®.

17 PATENTED KEY FEATURES
Detailed design and targeted functionality are patented features of the LAUFMAUS®.
