Trendy Esfera Bags are filled with several sandbags. Weight bags in a new design, ranging from 5 kg to 25 kg.

The Esfera weight bag targets multiple muscle groups and is therefore highly versatile, meaning that most exercises combine strength and cardio training. The numerous handles and loops enable a wide variety of training sessions. With the help of the customisable weight levels, an intensive workout can be individually tailored to your own physical ability. What makes the trendy Esfera bags special is that the sandbags inside are not sewn but glued together. This makes tearing or even bursting highly unlikely. The sandbags can also be replaced via a zip opening.
