The TOGU Faszio Ball allround – made in Germany – supports effective stimulation of the fascia and can help to release fascial adhesions and tension as well as stimulate the metabolism. The specially developed material mixture is firm in itself, but flexible as a whole: this means the ball locally adapts to the shape of the fascia and at the same time exerts appropriate, well-dosed pressure on the fascia structure.
The degree of firmness can be regulated via the air supply. This allows individual customisation – depending on the body region, sensitivity and training goal. The FASZIO Ball allround can be inflated using a needle valve pump.
Thanks to its user-friendly, vascular-friendly and versatile handling, it is suitable for use both at home and in groups, e.g. in health, back, senior or general fitness classes.
