The TMX® pelvic floor trigger was designed to counteract deep-seated and chronic pelvic floor disorders, especially muscular complaints. By effectively triggering the pelvic floor, targeted action can be taken against pelvic floor pain and dysfunction. In order to optimally strengthen the pelvic floor, the increased tension or adhesions in the pelvic floor muscles must first be relaxed - this is where the TMX® pelvic floor trigger comes into play!

The TMX® pelvic floor trigger has two intensity levels and was specially developed for the pelvic floor. It enables simultaneous triggering of the anterior and posterior perineum and offers four possible applications. As with all TMX® triggers, the pressure applied can be used to influence the intensity and thus the trigger effect.
Balls and rollers mainly target the superficial fasciae, which are thus treated. The TMX® pelvic floor trigger works in the deep fascia between the muscle fibre bundles and helps to loosen the adhesions in these layers and thus treat deep-seated discomfort and pain. The trigger massage thus ensures lasting improvement through localised, long-lasting and deep pressure combined with movement.
