Sesame base oil is very popular due to its numerous positive properties for the entire body. Sesame oil protects against premature skin ageing, revitalises the cells and keeps the skin supple. A massage with sesame oil is also ideal for detoxifying the skin.
Sesame is one of the oldest oil plants in the world and the Indian healing science Ayurveda already recognised the gentle, warming effect of the oil. It penetrates deep into the tissue and transports harmful substances outwards. For an Ayurvedic oil massage, the sesame oil should be "matured" - heated to 100 °C for 10 minutes.
The base oils from Schupp are made from 100% pure oils that are carefully extracted from fruits and seeds. These naturally pure oils preserve the positive properties of the skin. They can be used pure or enriched with essential oils. The base oils are used in massages or as a nourishing ingredient for personalised baths.
