Original Nasara® Kinesiology Tape - one of the most successful and best tapes on the world market

The Nasara® brand is known for its particularly high quality. The Kinesio Tape is made of high-quality, breathable and elastic cotton material without latex content (96% cotton, 4% spandex). The durable thermoplastic (i.e. they expand when heated or contract when cooled) acrylic adhesive surface provides a reliable hold over a longer period of time without irritating the skin. The materials are particularly skin-friendly and have water-resistant properties that ensure long-lasting application.
The tapes are stretchable by approx. 155 -160 % in the longitudinal direction (they are only slightly stretchable in the transverse direction).

The Nasara® Kinesiotape was developed to stabilise muscles and joints, promote freedom of movement, relieve pain and support natural healing.

Areas of application and users:
Nasara® Kinesio Tape is suitable for a wide range of applications from sports injuries such as strains or inflammation, muscle tension or to support joint function for stabilisation or joint injuries. Kinesio tape from Nasara® also provides relief for various pains such as back, shoulder and joint pain, osteoarthritis, tension, headaches and migraines. Kinesio tape is suitable for use all over the body and is best applied by a specialist. Private individuals who have undergone training in the use of kinesiotaping are also suitable for applying the method in private.

Colour application examples (according to colour energetics):

  • Pink and red: as warm colours, they support better blood circulation according to colour energetics - the energy is strengthened.
  • Blue: as a cold colour has a calming, cooling, relaxing effect and thus relieves tension - the energy is sedated.
  • Beige: as a skin-coloured tape has a neutral effect.
  • Green: is the balancing healing colour to gather strength and support regeneration.
  • Yellow and orange: have a positive, brightening effect.
  • White and black: have a neutral effect.
