Who is the Full Cadillac frame suitable for and what is it used for?

The Align Pilates Full Cadillac frame for the A and C Series (product number: LI-APCFCAD) is aimed at studios, trainers and Pilates professionals who want to expand the functional scope of their Reformer. With its Cadillac structure, the frame opens up additional directions of movement, grip and support positions as well as training variations that go beyond classic Reformer exercises. You benefit from flexible adjustment options on the frame, such as adjustable positions on the swivel bar and multiple-use spring attachments.

The frame is designed for integration into existing systems: depending on the combination, it can be mounted on the A2 Cadillac fixed bed or used in connection with the C2-Pro or C8-Pro Reformer setups. Important: For mounting on the Reformer, suitable brackets for Half & Full Cadillac are required. In addition, further components such as Platform Extender and Mattress Converter are required if you want to convert the Reformer into a fixed bed.

Important information on the safety concept and use

The scope of delivery includes a safety strap whose function is to prevent a swivel bar from swinging down dangerously under tension and hitting the user - especially in situations where a person is underneath the bar from below. The safety strap is not intended to rigidly fix the swivel bar in order to sit, kneel, stand, hang, swing or climb on it - neither under full nor partial load. The swivel bar is designed for pushing/swinging exercises (either without springs or with the intended springs) and not for additional resistance or isometric or weight-bearing applications from any direction.

You should therefore plan exercise sequences in accordance with the intended uses. Exercises that involve standing, kneeling or sitting on the bar or the support arms, swinging or hanging from the bar or pulling/pushing sideways on the bar or the side arms are outside the equipment specification and can lead to serious injury. Expert instruction and safe supervision during training are particularly important.

Contents of delivery and assembly check

The Cadillac frame is supplied as a complete set, but without Reformer, brackets or conversion accessories for fixed-bed conversion. The scope of delivery includes, among other things, Full Cadillac, Trapeze with padded footrest, Fuzzy grips, foot straps, hand grips, abdominal belt as well as adjustable spring holders and carabiner elements. In addition, music wire springs in different lengths and strengths are included so that you can start training directly with various resistance options.
