Comfort and tranquillity during your workout

In Pilates with the Reformer, it is not just the exercise that counts, but also the environment in which it is performed. The Align Pilates Reformer Foot Strap (Silent) from the Silent series is designed to reduce noise caused by metal components such as clips or D-rings. This can be particularly helpful if you’re training in classes where a focused, quiet atmosphere is desired - or if you want to organise regular exercise sessions at home without unnecessary distractions.

For precise foot positioning on the Reformer

The foot strap is designed as an accessory for the Pilates Reformer and is suitable for exercises where the foot needs to be securely fixed or guided. The soft padding in the contact area ensures a comfortable fit and can help reduce pressure points during regular training. This extra padding is a practical bonus, particularly during longer sets or more intense leg exercises.

When used in combination with standard Reformer accessories such as the Align-Pilates Sitting Box or the Frame Box can help to make movement sequences more consistent. Please note that the exact exercise setup always depends on your training plan and the specific equipment configuration. The strap is designed as a supplementary accessory and helps you to adopt various positions on the Reformer in a more ergonomic way.
