During training, the spring assembly with four nickel-plated music wire springs provides graduated resistance. The 97 cm spring travel helps ensure that movements can be performed with a smooth, controlled motion. In addition, the multi-adjustable footrest positions (including ‘Plus Down’) and the shoulder support design help to adapt the positions consistently to the respective exercise.

Assembly, handling and preparation

As with reformers in this category, careful handling is essential. The product is supplied with an instruction manual (in English) and comprehensive instructional videos. It is recommended that two people operate the machine. In practice, however, the F3 can also be moved relatively easily by a single person, as the lifting weight is similar to that of a heavy suitcase. To ensure a smooth workout, all connections should be checked before use and the desired settings (e.g. footrest and headrest positions) adjusted accordingly.
