Ultrabreathe breathing trainer
Ultrabreathe breathing trainer
Simple lung training for reactivating the lung volume
Targeted, simple lung training with the Ultrabreathe breathing trainer for inspiration training according to the SMI method (=Sustained maximal inspiration = slow, sustained and as deep an inhalation as possible) and expiration training according to the PEP method (=Positive Expiratory Pressure = active but not forced exhalation against resistance) supplies the lungs with oxygen right down to the deeper areas of the lungs; blood circulation is increased and the existing lung volume is reactivated. The alveoli absorb more oxygen. The increased oxygen is channelled directly into the bloodstream via the lungs - muscles and brain receive more oxygen - physical performance is increased and well-being improves. To train for performance, simply follow the training programme of 2 x 25 breaths, remembering that you get the best results when you really push yourself. You can also use Ultrabreathe to supplement your warm-up training. Studies have shown that conventional warm-up exercises usually ignore the respiratory muscles.
Operating principle:
The way it works is based on the principle of resistance. When inhaling, the resistance stimulates the respiratory muscles to work harder, and the more they have to exert themselves, the stronger and more enduring they become - and as muscle strength improves, Ultrabreathe can be gradually adjusted to further increase the resistance. Just a few minutes a day can help.
