The effect of aventurine quartz
The name aventurine is given to a variety of quartz that is known for its strong sparkle. It should correctly be called aventurine quartz, as otherwise confusion cannot be ruled out. Even the ancient Greeks said that aventurine gave courage and optimism. Aventurine also promotes relaxation, recuperation and a positive attitude towards life. It promotes self-determination and an individual personality, provides inner balance and relieves worry, anxiety and psychosomatic disorders. Aventurine also alleviates stress and nervousness, stimulates dreams and provides cheerfulness and humour. With the help of aventurine, dreams can be better realised.
Aventurine quartz is categorised as an oxide. It is formed in many different rock strata and also in volcanic rock strata when they cool down. Accordingly, there are large deposits of aventurine. However, certain conditions are necessary for this variety to occur. Aventurine is formed when the typical inclusions occur. Depending on which material is included, the stone forms different colours. Aventurine in a certain colour is therefore only formed in certain regions.
