According to Prof. Bahr, chakras are regarded as psychophysical energy centres. This is where energy transfer takes place. According to Bahr, we find so-called power centres on the vertical axis of the human body. These power centres collect the energy disturbances, change them and distribute them further. Through these points, the spiritual is transformed into the physical - just as the physical is transformed into the spiritual. Accordingly, the chakras form a kind of interconnected system, whereby each chakra influences the energy of the other chakras.
If one of these chakras is out of balance or tense, this has an effect on the other chakras and also on the life energy.
Conversely, releasing blockages in a chakra not only reactivates the chakra itself, but also has a positive effect on the entire chakra system.
If, on the other hand, the blockage of a chakra is released and this energy centre is thus healed, this also revitalises all the other chakras. This has an effect on our entire meridian system with all its acupuncture points and the corresponding symptomatic disorders and complaints.
